= a difficult swimming-stroke to swim or impractical |
This swimming-stroke looks like the short Spanish stroke with a stable body position on the chest. The arms make a single overarmstroke where the trailing arm makes a full pull-through and where the leading arm has a supporting function. The legstroke is the same one which is swum with the breaststroke. The combination of the arms and legs is semi-short. Finally, there's hardly no gliding-phase. Although this is a tiring swimming-stroke, it's a logical one. |

This swimming-stroke looks like the Ohnukite with the only difference that a noshi-kick is made. |
