Looks like the long Northern kick with the only difference that the combination of the arms and legs is semi-long.

This swimming-stroke looks like the semi-long Northern kick but with a reversed wide scissor-kick. The upperleg is bent instead of the lowerleg.

This swimming-stroke has the following properties :

  • The legs are spread wide where the upperleg must be bent a little.
  • The legstroke begins during the pull-over when the trailing arm is a at shoulder height and also ends during the pull-through when it reaches the shoulders.
  • It is recommended that during the pull-over the trailing is bent strongly.
